I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room we got was spacious and tastefully decorated, complete with a balcony as I had booked. The opportunity to relax in the pool was a highlight. However, I did notice a bit of frostiness from the reception staff, and there was a mix-up with room service which left me without dinner. Despite these hiccups, the location was perfect, offering easy access to cafes, restaurants, and even the Aviva Stadium.

Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, clearly showing a balcony as on my booking. It was a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service

The service had some issues, particularly with the reception staff's frostiness and a room service mishap. The staff, however, tried to rectify the situation. I would rate the service as decent.
Location

The hotel's location in beautiful Ballsbridge was lovely but required an extra journey to reach the center of Dublin. On the upside, there were plenty of transport options nearby, and it was a short walk to various cafes and restaurants.
Dining

The dining experience offered a decent choice between Al-cart and buffet options, with excellent service. However, there were some issues with a shortage of plates and glasses. The fresh sandwiches were a delightful touch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, fantastic, with a comfy bed, and plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries, which made me feel like a VIP, almost like artists. The service was lovely, although there was a little issue during dinner. The location is superb, just minutes from the Dart, and the dining experience was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was out of this world!

The location is superb, just minutes from the Dart. Although a bit far from everything, I ended up walking to the lobster pot, a lovely seafood restaurant with very warm and friendly staff.

The location was great with easy access to transportation into the city center, and the rooms were spacious and inviting, featuring a lovely balcony with a charming view. The service was exceptional, with a professional and friendly staff, and the dining experience was delicious, although not quite up to 5-star hotel standards. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fantastic, very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely large bathroom. However, the bar area was hard to get a seat in due to too many concert goers not staying at the hotel hanging around. The breakfast was only okay, with cold poached eggs and the need to ask for tea and toast numerous times. The waiting staff seemed either overworked or unsure of their roles. Overall, the hotel feels a little traditional and on the cusp of becoming a bit dated.

The hotel had a room that was under furnished, but the size was good and very comfortable. The elegance of the room was out of this world, with a cosiness that made you never want to leave. Some service staff seemed overworked, while others were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fine but required a commute to the center of Dublin. The dining experience was overpriced and lacked variety, though there were Asian dishes available.

Upon arriving at 4 pm, the room wasn't ready, and the bar area was crowded. Additionally, there were many non-hotel guests around, and the next morning there was no newspaper available. Breakfast was just okay, with cold poached eggs and slow service making it less enjoyable for me. However, the room, although returned key issues promptly, was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the expected services for a luxury hotel stay.
