Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room we got was spacious and tastefully decorated, complete with a balcony as I had booked. The opportunity to relax in the pool was a highlight. However, I did notice a bit of frostiness from the reception staff, and there was a mix-up with room service which left me without dinner. Despite these hiccups, the location was perfect, offering easy access to cafes, restaurants, and even the Aviva Stadium.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, fantastic, with a comfy bed, and plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries, which made me feel like a VIP, almost like artists. The service was lovely, although there was a little issue during dinner. The location is superb, just minutes from the Dart, and the dining experience was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was out of this world!
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was great with easy access to transportation into the city center, and the rooms were spacious and inviting, featuring a lovely balcony with a charming view. The service was exceptional, with a professional and friendly staff, and the dining experience was delicious, although not quite up to 5-star hotel standards. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fantastic, very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely large bathroom. However, the bar area was hard to get a seat in due to too many concert goers not staying at the hotel hanging around. The breakfast was only okay, with cold poached eggs and the need to ask for tea and toast numerous times. The waiting staff seemed either overworked or unsure of their roles. Overall, the hotel feels a little traditional and on the cusp of becoming a bit dated.
The hotel had a room that was under furnished, but the size was good and very comfortable. The elegance of the room was out of this world, with a cosiness that made you never want to leave. Some service staff seemed overworked, while others were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fine but required a commute to the center of Dublin. The dining experience was overpriced and lacked variety, though there were Asian dishes available.
Upon arriving at 4 pm, the room wasn't ready, and the bar area was crowded. Additionally, there were many non-hotel guests around, and the next morning there was no newspaper available. Breakfast was just okay, with cold poached eggs and slow service making it less enjoyable for me. However, the room, although returned key issues promptly, was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the expected services for a luxury hotel stay.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with beautiful views and a lovely, quiet atmosphere - a true highlight of our trip to Ireland. The room was spacious and elegant, accompanied by a large bathroom. However, there was a small mix-up with breakfast not being initially included in our booking, which was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
